Phase 01
Extraction, Distillation
Natural raw materials can be used directly in formulations or further processed — such as by solvent extraction, distillation, or concentration — to make them easier to use depending on the final product form.
Measurement
Accurately measure each flavors and fragrances ingredient and solvent according to the formulation.
Mix
The measured ingredients are thoroughly mixed in a tank. Emulsified flavors and fragrances are homogenized using a high-pressure homogenizer.
Phase 02
Quality inspection
Conduct sensory evaluations to verify the flavors and fragrances and color tone, and use various analytical instruments to check specifications such as density and refractive index for any abnormalities.
Filling & packaging
The product is filled into containers and packaged. Great care is taken during the process to prevent leakage and contamination.
Shipping
Product quality, quantity, and packaging are re-checked according to customer orders to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
